The School Sisters of St. Francis have changed their name . . . 

from now on, call us the "Franciscan Sisters of Christ the Light".

Why?  We are still the same Community doing the same things as always - evangelizing and educating youth, families and promoting holy marriages.  

We were founded first to be Franciscan Sisters and to evangelize from our hearts first being evangelized by the Franciscan Spirit and Ideals.  We decided to make our name reflect this reality. We're very excited about this as we truly do ask God to use us as lights in the darkness. May God be praised!
